Egyptian - Console tables / Desk

These console tables or desks are a new take on Ancient Egyptian furniture, having an almost Pop Art look. They come in 2 shapes; a square look, typical of much Egyptian furniture, or sloped sides, more typical of Egyptian architecture. The front 'bars' are to be found on most Egyptian tables in one form or another; here shown in dark wood for contrast. That combined with Egyptian style graphics, figures & heiroglyphs decoration it really makes an interior statement in a fresh way. This piece can be used in several ways, as a console table, dressing table or a desk. The addition of a top pyramid shaped mirror increases the impact. We don't make the Thebes stool, as you can buy these cheaper than we can make it. The whole piece can be left newly painted or distressed as you prefer. As usual we can adapt the dimensions, designs and colours as required. Made to order, we don't disclose sizes or prices until we've agreed a spec with a customer.
