This large elegant decorative mirror frame is stunningly hand painted with a Morris 'Vine' border. The design originated with Morris's Kelmscott Chaucer, which we used for some smaller frames (see mirror section). The frame is shown in a typical Morris dark blue base colour, but could be a base colour of your choice. We show a smaller one below in an off-white base colour.

The outside of the frame has a nice egg & dart moulding, with a quadrant inner moulding. The frame can be made to whatever size you want, within reason & allowing for the pattern repeat. We have produced these decorative mirror frames in several sizes over the years, and will do special sizes if asked. However, we have settled on this as a good general size, measuring 36" x 25" ( this looks good hung portrait or landscape ). Made to order. Bottom photo shows a large version in a customers house.
