This range of interior doors are very striking, being both practical and a piece of artwork in their own right, with the doors being treated as a large canvas for colourful geometric painted designs on a stained wood base. The design was inspired by a design for a large screen, which was painted by one of his right hand men Gene Masselink in the 1950's. By that time Wright and Masselink were bringing interesting and colourful work to the house interiors thay were working on. We produced some wardrobes using this design, as shown below (& in the bedroom section in more detail). The design translates to interior doors well. The design can be moved around, as shown, to keep the overall look cleaner or more detailed, as you prefer. The design also lends itself well to changing the proportions to suit your door sizes/ proportions. It's likely we would just produce the door as part of a wider job rather than on it's own. Made to order, we don't disucss pricing until we've agreed a spec. with a customer.
