This is another new striking bathroom with a contemporary look. The furniture looks both elegant and Jazzy, with patterns of Cubist triangle designs top & bottom. The design ideas & furniture shapes can be traced back to Frank Lloyd Wright's Mayan style work, with a bit of CR Mackintosh 'Derngate' designs & Cubist styling thrown into the mix. Wright was ever an artist, so we tried to incorporate something more artistic into the design. The basic furniture has painted/lacquered doors. The vanity unit could be free standing or built-in, as shown above. Shown below is an example of a complete bathroom, with matching bath panel & mirror wall unit, to show it how it could look in a typical family bathroom. You can see more design and colour options here.
The vanity is shown as a 2 door single basin version, with attached concealed cistern WC unit attached. However the beauty f bespoke work is we can change sizes, or make the vanity a 3 or 4 door (with 2 basins?) version. The vanity & WC unit tops can be made in marble, granite, Corian, Quartz, glass, wood, etc. The vanity unit has 1 internal shelf. The door handles were custom made as triangles painted to match the front patterns. The plinth shape works particularly well, and allows you to stand nearer the sink. The sink shown is undermounted, but could be a sit on or other type. The Axor Starck tap picks up the triangle theme. Shown below are more colour & design variations to give you ideas.
The bath panel(s) would be made to whatever size of bath you were having. The long mirror is the same width as the vanity unit, for visual balance. This could quite easily be made as a wall mirror cabinet, to offer more storage. The vanity unit is iontended to look like a freestanding piece of furniture, even though it would be plumbed in. The worktop could be anything from wood/oak to granite, Corian, Quartz, glass even. The basin here is an undermounted one, for neatness, but the vanity could be made lower if you want a sit on bowl type basin. The vanity itself can be made whatever size you require, even as a double unit, or it can be built-in with the bath panel for an integrated look (often useful for smaller bathrooms.
You can change the proportions if preferred, as this is made to order. You can play around with the design of such pieces endlessly, from proportions to plinth colour. You could even have a His n Hers double vanity unit. You could also have a small upstand at the back of the worktop. As made to order we don't give out sizes until we've agreed a spec with a customer.
