These desk designs were inspired by Paul Frankl's skyscraper furniture style and yet are new pieces. The stepped base supports are striking and substantial. The worktop continues the stepped theme on the ends, to give a symetrical look. We included Frankl's idea of picking out edges in a 2nd colour to give a crisper look to a piece. This can be adapted in length and depth as required, within reason. Under the top there are a couple of full extension drawers, which are handleless for a cleaner look.

If the desk was made a bit deeper you could sit one person front and back. The desk can be a wood finish or a lacquered painted piece, in any of the usual Frankl colours, or in any colours you want. The dimensions of such pieces, as they are made bespoke, can be changed to your preferred sizes. We would probably ship this desk flat pack, requiring just some basic assembly to join it together. We don't disclose dimensions, further details or prices until we've agreed a spec. with a customer.
