This is one of Frankl's smaller bookshelves with a cupboard. Frankl produced many similar sized bookshelves and side tables, and usually in black with silver edges, and they were usually supplied as a pair. They are an emminently practical smaller piece, offering storage and display. They can be used beside sofas, against a wall or possibly sit on another piece of furniture. It has the typical Skyscraper features, asymmetry and stepped heights to hint at the Skyscraper silhouette. The cupboard has 1 internal shelf. Made to order, and shipped worldwide. We don't give out sizes until agreed with a customer.

As well as doing accurate reproductions of such pieces, we are not slaves to them. We can adapt and extend them to offer a more versatile range of designs. The design above right has an added plinth which just lifts the lower shelf discreetly off the floor. Or a pair of bookshelves can be arranged together a couple of ways for added interest.

Why not add a 3rd cupboard to the pair and really get an interesting 'skyline'. This opens up several design combinations for interest. And offers plenty of storage and display space.
