Another totally striking piece of furniture using original Deskey designs. This cabinet utilised several Deskey Cubist patterns and colours to produce a really eye catching piece of art furniture. Early in his career Deskey experimented with Cubist patterns on pieces from screens to waste bins. We have just taken his design ideas 1 step further and applied them to other pieces of furniture. The cabinet is really a flat surface for the striking geometric Cubist designs, but offers practical storage as well. The designs are painted and hand silver leafed, for a high quality finish. This cabinet is shwon as a low sideboard, or suitable for a media unit, a bar, etc. But we can adapt the sizes, in height, length and depth as you require. Made to order. We've shown some design variations above, to show what you can do with this style. Several of them are shown with the designs made in marquetry (using veneers) - as many people prefer the subtler tones of wood. As they are made bespoke everything is possible, at a price!
