These lovely looking Art Deco doors add a real authentic look to any interior, with some stepped Skyscraper detailing in the frames. What really lifts the whole piece are the stepped top and/or bottom mouldings. This door was designed to be produced quite straightforwardly and cost effectively, although some versions are more ornate and detailed than others. It would suit most door widths and could form a pair of internal doors. This door would suit most Deco interiors, and could be made from a variety of woods or painted finishes. While most interior schemes will have the doors in a single wood or colour finish you can also mix n match: have a wood frame and painted panel, or vice versa. Or just pick out the moulding in another colour. Some of the designs can have more elaborate stepped door panels. We've shown some examples below to give you ideas. Made to order. We don't give out prices until we've agreed a spec with a customer.
Please bear in mind these doors are made bespoke to order. They are not sitting on the shelf here in the size that you need and they are not mass produced in the far East. All bespoke work is dearer period; not just twice the price but can be much more, so please don't make enquiries if you are not prepared with a suitable budget for them. We can do one door or all the doors for a home. They take time to produce, you could be looking at 7 - 10 weeks on average, plus delivery. But the advantage of bespoke is you can have exactly what you want;whether the size, wood, panels, etc. For painted doors we usually supply these primed for painting in your home, because they will likely get marked during fitting. The colour versions shown are to suggest some possible ways to finish them. Usually your installer will fit the hinges, handles, locks, etc.
