Arab style - Majlis sofas
A striking ornate decoratively painted Arab style Majlis sofa, guaranteed to make an impact
in any room. We designed this low platform style sofa as a decorative and practical piece of
furniture. The upholstered back has been given some architectural detailing with a typical
castellated top profile for added interest. If the shaped back is too ornate for you we've
shown one sofa with a plain straight back. These sofas are usually pushed against a wall, with
scatter cushions providing the comfort and splashes of colour & texture. But they can sit in a
room or terrace away from walls.
We've also shown matching side tables, which allows for greater flexibility in planning room
arrangements, from a longer run of sofas side by side to corner L shape arrangements. As these
are made bespoke we can change the dimensions to your requirements, and change the colours or
have a purely wood finish base. The base section can also incorporate some storage if required,
with a lift up lid under the seat cushion. We can supply the base & back cushions for this sofa,
but customer's to supply their own fabric for upholstering it or they can sort this themselves.
We don't discuss pricing until we have a agreed a spec. with a customer.
