This has to be one of the most striking mirrors frames we've ever done, or even seen. It was based on the famous Vienna Secession building by Joseph Maria Olbrich c.1898. The crisp frame shape is softened with gold laurel leaves designs treated in a very graphic way. This really falls into the category of wall art. As a designer maker there is a great sense of satisfaction from seeing a sketch turn into a proper working drawing & then into finished pieces like these. We can adapt the proportions of the mirror if required, as shown below. We think it looks better with the cornice, but this can be ommitted for a cleaner look. Made to order. We don't give out sizes until a spec has been agreed with a customer.
